Viper Spider
Introduction To Viper Spider :
Viper Spider's main strengths comes from his powerful slowing abilities , his active "Paralysis Bite" slows movement speed by 75% at Lv 1 , while his passive "Venom" slows by another 10% at lv 1, making it very hard to escape from Viper Spider even at low Lv , but it's lack of raw damage and HP makes it hard to beat most frontline melee hero.
Abilities: (All Viper Spider abilities can be found at Heroes section above)
Paralysis Bite. One of the most powerful early game slowing spell , as it deal 100 damage with a 75% slowing for 3 s (which can be enough time to finish most red HP heroes early game) At high Lv, this spell only grain more duration for slowing, making it even harder to escape from (6s at max Lv)
Venom. A passive slowing ability, this ability is much weaker at stopping heroes to escape when compare to Paralysis Bite, but this ability's slow can be stack with Paralysis Bite and itself (after version 1.4c balance , venom's movement speed debuff no long stack), it's main use with Viper Spider's high attack speed (due to Agility based) to stack up on attack speed debuff.
Terrifying Presence.Nothing much to say about this but a damage reduction aura. Can be use to help Viper Spider overpower more powerful hero with higher raw damage.
Web. Now Viper Spider's ult , nothing much at first look, but this spell is very much like a net, but a re-usable net, once casted, you created a big web on the ground, entangling any enemy unit who come into the web, and it can entangle the same unit many times, very useful when use with other 2 slowing spell, slowing and make the unit have to spend more time in the web ( causing it to be entangle more )

Ways to play Spider:
Feed on the weak(pick on those with red HP), with your powerful slowing spell it's hard to escape from you, it doesn't matter what hero you kill as long as you get the hero soul.(As those can make it up for your lack of raw damage) Try hard not to pick on the tanker frontline melee but pick on spell caster and archers.
Always bring a range slow/stun item with you (mainly net) as all you slow ability have melee range and can't work well when your enemy is a little ahead of you.
At Lv6, you can web the whole alter during rituals and can stop the whole team from escaping (Web only when your team is winning the fight, don't waste time and mana to cast it if you are losing, and cast when the other team is preparing to escape)
Also early game hero rush can be done by buying a net, poison spear and a grenade, learn Paralysis Bite for first skill, start with a net on solo low HP hero, followed by a grenade, than close in for a Bite, if the target lives, hit him til the bite wears out (he would be able to run than), use spear on him and hit til death.
Item Build:
Viper spider is very flexible, can be suited for many different roles, therefor the item build is highly unfixed. Armor (for HP/armor/anti mage) and weapon (get high damage weapon or lifesteal for tanking) is both very important, artifact aren't so important though.
