Well, I've had complaints about the spider being too good... Tbh, he can roam around and kill whoever he wants early on... You should try nerfing his main combat ability, it can atleast go down to 60-70 dmg without seriously nerfing the hero himself >.<.

The Viper Spiders main powers come from its ability to slow down the enemy through use of venoms and poisons makign tt very difficult to escape from. Its not supposed to be dealing huge amounts of damage, nor is it supposed to be kicking the crap out of dedicated frontline melee heroes in a 1 on 1 situation.
Perhaps its doing so well because of the item combination you have worked out for it?
To try and decide oif its inbalanced set it against say, Giants or Chaos Knights controlled by equally skileld players and see how it performs.
To give you soem idea it shoudl be on par with the dud'jin'kai and a fight between those two shoudl be fairly close.
Do your homework on this and follow up the thread.

Nope
Not really any heroes are imbalanced

He's probably the one hero with greatest early game capabilities, maybe only matched by Chaos Knight or something. Anyways, we'll find out next time we play together ;)
Besides, your comment ain't really constructive HoS.

I never said perfectly balanced, I just meant overall balanced, perfect balance has never been, and never will be achieved by any mapmaker
Someone I know from wc3c gave a great reason for it
Humans. As humans, we THINK. We PLAN, we form STRATEGIES. Therefore, someone who is better at that will be able to unbalance even the most balanced set of heroes. Obviously, a hero with a 10k stormbolt and perma-stun is imbalanced, but if you've got 10 balanced heroes, I can gaurentee there will be an imbalance somewhere. Not only due to human players, but also because of role. A weak, frail hero will likely get crushed by the big brutish tank hero. Is that a matter of imbalance? No. That's just basic Rock-Paper-Scissor.
To sum it up, no Wc3 game can be 100% balanced unless its played by 100% computers that you wrote the AI for.
I don't believe your an amazing superpowered God steel, I just think you do a really really good job that make a map good enough I can play it again and again and comeback for more

I'm going after a game with death have to agree with him
Spider is a little bit overpowered, not imbalanced, theres a difference
I think paralysis's slow could be nerfed a bit, I mean in combo with other heroes you just do that move and its like "gg man" the hero is screwed.
Other than that the spider is fine
