What are your favorite maps and why?

I personally, find aotz, to be simply amazing and well done, DoE as well, both are highly well done maps that make me want to come back for more

I think The Great Strategy becomes too much of a Wind Walk war, as the skill is obviously one of the best in the game... Fairy fire ftw though ;)

Well, ive played very few warcraft custom maps (probably less than 10) in the years ive been on it as i dont liek playign otehr peoples work as a developer because u can be tempted to use thier ideas.

I'd have to say apart from ROTG The Great strategy is the most fun CG ive played as I found ti so much fun u dont even care about the non-existance balance =)

What about AoS maps? Aotz? Dota? DoE? AoM?

Ive only ever played 1 AOS map and that was Dota about 18 months or so ago. I didn't like it much. In fact I considered it to be rather pointless continuing a game if you died within the first 10 minutes or so.

Erm, your GOING, to die, its a fact, but there are other AoS maps that are better anyway

well, apart from RotG I'm more into Tower Defense's and/or Tower Wars (like WMW, Tropical TW etc) - and I pwn ;)

Blegh I like my own map best <3 eventhough I'm currently making it. It's gonna be sweet <_< not used to WE though so triggers are a little messed up at the moment but I'll figure it out on my own *sob*

NOTD:AM is a good survival map, used to be the most download map, but the creator have disappear (some said she die in a car crash), but the map was done and someone's taking up the bg fixes.
