Clan VoLT @ Northrend

As of yesterday, Steel has handed over the Chieftain position of Clan VoLT on Northrend server to me.

This means that I will try to rebuild the clan more or less from scratch and make the channel active once again.

I've already taken in four guys, who are to be considered CG players and doing fairly in RotG - more will come in near future.

Those of you, who are interested in raising the clan to it's former glory are more than welcome around the channel, and people interested in joining will just have to wisp me - we're carrying on with the 'behaviour above skills' policy, which means that we basically dont care what your ladder stats are nor your micro as long as you're here for a good time :)

And thats exactly the point ;) The policy kept the clan going since late 2005 with ups and downs in activity..

About the restriction; as far as i know, a clan channel is only restricted for non-members if no one is in it. So if at least one person is in the channel - member or not - you should, as current non-member, be able to join it.

Some clans use bots to autokick acc's with peon icons or below a certain ladder lvl, but none of that is used by either clan RotG nor clan VoLT.

Forget to mention before; Both Steel & AnKh will stay as shamans in VoLT, none is kicked.

After about half a year under my lead, sadly we recently had to let Clan VoLT go. Blizzard disbanded it due to inactivity thou I tried to make some changes in the shaman position (demoted old members - ungrateful yes, but none was demoted without warning or proper reason being given by me personally. - and replaced them by some of my real life mates, who I know for sure are online on daily basis more or less - at least 4 times a week for a couple of hours...) and taking in some new members, who turned out to be just as inactive as some of the old members.

However we're not giving up(!) In near future we'll try to start up a new clan based on the old VoLT values - behaviour above (so-called) skills.

Clan name and tag has yet to be decided, but we'll figure something out :) Everyone in here is of course welcome to join on the Northrend server in time - also if you're not from Europe...
I'm playing on these acc's: " GrevensFejde " or " le_justice " but when the clan's been made, I'll mostly use the GrevensFejde acc which I also use for ladder games atm.
